1. Agreement

By accessing the Fribbix website or using the Fribbix service, you agree to these terms. If you use Fribbix on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you're authorised to bind that clinic.

2. The service

Fribbix provides clinic management software (the “Service”) offered by Fribbix Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. We may update or improve features over time.

3. Accounts & access

You're responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Access is role-based; administrators manage their team's permissions.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service — no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, and no use that infringes others' rights or applicable healthcare regulations.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or contract. Specific pricing is provided during your demo and onboarding.

6. Data & privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. For patient data entered by a clinic, the clinic is the data fiduciary and Fribbix acts as its processor.

7. Intellectual property

Fribbix and its content remain the property of Fribbix Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. Your clinic's data remains yours.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service supports clinic operations but does not provide medical advice; clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed practitioners. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited as set out in your contract.

9. Termination

Either party may end the agreement per your contract terms. On termination we'll make your data available for export for a reasonable period.

10. Governing law & contact
