1. Who we are

Fribbix Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Fribbix”, “we”) provides clinic management software for healthcare providers in India. For patient data processed inside a clinic's account, the clinic is the data fiduciary and Fribbix acts as a data processor on its instructions.

2. Data we collect

• Contact & account data — name, work email, phone, clinic name and role, e.g. when you request a demo or create an account.
• Clinic & patient data — records your clinic enters into Fribbix (patients, visits, prescriptions, billing, inventory), processed on the clinic's behalf.
• Usage & device data — basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use data

To provide and improve the service, respond to enquiries, ensure security and audit integrity, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal basis & consent

We process personal data on the basis of consent and to perform our contract with your clinic, consistent with the DPDP Act 2023. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run Fribbix (e.g. hosting, payments, messaging) under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law. Data is hosted in India.

6. Retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, protect it with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, restrict access by role, and log access in an audit trail.

7. Your rights

Subject to the DPDP Act 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may raise a grievance. Patients should contact their clinic (the data fiduciary); for website/account data, contact us below.

8. Cookies

This website is designed to run without non-essential tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy and an appropriate consent mechanism will be updated.
