Do we need special hardware to run Fribbix?
No. Fribbix runs in any modern web browser on the devices you already have. For the pharmacy it also supports thermal/label printers and barcode scanners.
How does Fribbix handle GST and UPI payments?
Billing applies GST and surcharges automatically and accepts UPI, card and cash on one terminal, with every invoice linked to the patient visit.
Can we control who sees what?
Yes. Role-based access gives owner, clinician, front desk and pharmacy staff only what they need, and every view, edit and dispense is logged in a full audit trail.
